Sandustry Copper and Power Brick Guide
Copper production begins with Copper Ore and solid Copper. Supply a Smelter with heat to create Liquid Copper, then direct that liquid into a Copper Mold to cast a Power Brick. The resulting brick stores a large amount of Energy and can be charged automatically by power-generation infrastructure.

Find and prepare Copper
Copper Ore is a terrain resource and the starting point for the chain. It requires suitable excavation equipment as progression advances. Keep Copper separate from loose sand and production waste so only the intended solid reaches the heating stage.
Smelt Liquid Copper
The Smelter changes Copper into Liquid Copper when supplied with heat from a Thermal Buffer or Lava. Liquid output needs a contained path toward the mold; a spill into unrelated materials can be much harder to recover than a stopped solid conveyor.
Cast and charge Power Bricks
The Copper Mold converts Liquid Copper into a Power Brick. Official research places the mold in the Energy tier and requires supporting technology. The finished brick acts as high-capacity Energy storage and can be charged automatically by generation equipment.
